Speaking at the Eurasian Economic Forum in Verona, the minister said that the random way US sanctions are being applied has already become obvious to all
"In my opinion, these are not sanctions, but ‘treasury wars’ with deliberately vague, often ambiguous statements. The arbitrary way of their application has already become obvious to everyone," TASS cited Sechin as saying.
