The company ‘Rosneft’ will act with flexibility and use ingenuity in order not to lose its position in foreign markets and implement new ways of marketing. This statement was made by the head of ‘Rosneft’ Igor Sechin.
He also added that the freezing of export duties will operate during one year. According to him, this measure will support the sector among other things that had been considered at the presidential council, Tass reports.
