Publishing house Khudozhestvennaya Literatura has released the second book of the head of the Paris archive of the Azerbaijani diplomatic delegation in France Alimardan Bey Topchibashi. The book includes documents and materials in accordance with the chronology from March 1921 to the end of 1923.
The book of by A. M. Topchibashi. The Paris archive 1919-1940 consists of four books. The Volume Two 1921-1923 was released as the first volume of the Paris archive Topchibashev with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Particular attention is paid documents and materials, reflecting both the international context of the era, and diplomatic relations of the Azerbaijani delegation with official and unofficial representatives of the European states.
The vast majority of archival sources were published for the first time. They give both skilled historians and the wider readership a unique opportunity to get acquainted with new and still unknown pages of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, as well as with the national liberation struggle of the peoples of Azerbaijan and Caucasus in 1919-1921.
