The second round of talks between the representatives of the Syrian opposition will be held later in Astana today.
Secretary of State of Kazakhstan, Gulshara Abdykalikova, will address the beginning of the negotiations. The full list of participants of the meeting was not disclosed, we only know that the negotiations will take place behind closed doors and will last until October 4, TASS reports.
