Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Baku. It is known that this evening he is to hold a meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as cooperation in the Caspian Sea, energy and transport projects.
It is worth noting that earlier Sergey Lavrov intended to pay a visit to Baku on April 7th only to meet with his colleagues from Azerbaijan and Iran, but the deterioration of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh has changed the Russian minister's schedule, Gazeta.ru reports.
