Sergey Kadadov, who previously served as director of supervisory department of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, was appointed deputy minister.
"By the decree of President Vladimir Putin, Major General Sergey Kadadov was appointed deputy minister of the Emergency Ministry," Ministry's official website reported.
