Today the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Sergei Melikov held a meeting dedicated to issues of increasing in efficiency in the struggle against corruption.
During the meeting Sergey Melikov noted the increase in the number of corruption-related crimes in 2015, stressing that the investigation of particularly important crimes is under the special control of the embassy.
According to Sergei Melikov, 25 non-governmental organizations involved in anti-corruption activities are registered in the North Caucasus Federal District. 46 independent experts received accreditation to conduct anti-corruption analysis of legal acts.
