Serzh Sargsyan appoints new ministers

Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan issued new decrees appointing Vardan Aramyan as finance minister, Vahan Martirosyan as transport and communications minister, Ignatiy Arakelyan as agriculture minister and Ashjot Manukyan as energy and natural resources minister. 

Vache Gabrielyan remains in office as vice-premier and international economic and reforms minister and David Harutyunyan as head of the government’s administration.  

Aleksan Harutyunyan was appointed as deputy head of the president’s administration, ARKA reports.
