Sevastopol Government has approved the demolition of the illegal capital construction projects without a court order, the director of the Department of Property and Land Relations of Sevastopol, Rustem Zaynullin said.
"As for the act of demolition of the capital construction - these relations were not resolved, the capital construction objects could be demolished only by a court order. This procedure was dragged on for years, so we used the practice of other subjects of Russian Federation. For example, in Moscow, such facilities were demolished after the owner had been proposed to dismantle an illegal object by his own, " Yuga.ru quotes Zaynullin as saying.
