A monument to Prince Grigory Potemkin-Tauride in Sevastopol is planned to be opened in 2016 on November 4th, the National Unity Day of Russia, it was announced today during a working group for the preparation and organization of events related to the installation of the monument.
Dates were proposed by the team leader, Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov, who said a monument will be erected with charitable funds, including from State Duma deputies,'' Tass reports.
