The junior students of some schools in Sevastopol will wear a uniform based on those of Russia’s tsarist era. This was announced by the designer Irina Chebykina, who created this uniform. She explained that the idea of developing such a uniform was not suggested by any public organizations or parents of students.
"To me, as a fashion designer, people, the Patriots of Russia, have applied with an idea. We were thinking for a long time, developing this uniform, sewing the patterns,’’ Yuga news portal quotes her as saying.
