Russia's Sevastopol governor Dmitry Ovsyannikov commented on the European Union sanctions imposed against him.
"The sanctions against me as governor of the hero city are not the worst thing that can happen in life," TASS cited Ovsyannikov as saying.
Ovsyannikov stressed that his task is to change Sevastopol for the better here and now.
The European Union has slapped a travel ban and asset freeze on the top official in Russia's Sevastopol on November 21.
