According to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani city of Sheki is to become the cultural capital of the Turkic world next year.
The decision was made at the 33rd meeting of the Permanent Council of Culture Ministers of TURKSOY, which took place in the Turkmenistan city of Mary, Trend reports.
