The National Iranian Oil Company (INC) and the Anglo-Dutch Royal Dutch Shell have reached an agreement on the procedure for repayment of the debt to Iran of $2.3 billion for oil that had been delivered previously, the executive director of INC Mohsen Gamsari said.
"As a result of the negotiations, NIOC and Shell reached an agreement on the order of debt repayments to Iran amounting to $2.3 billion,’’ Tass cites him as saying with reference to Mehr.
