First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov has said that we can expect positive changes in the Russian economy soon, but now the country is going through difficult times.
"The economy can experience ups and downs. I hope that we are experiencing the most difficult times now," he said.
At the same time Deputy Prime Minister expressed his hope for real improvement of the situation, Tass reports.
