The artificial restriction in the form of the Western sanctions against Russia will not last long, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
"The Europeans want to work with the Russians, the Russians can invest in Europe. So these artificial restrictions in the form of sanctions cannot last long," TASS cited him as saying.
According to Shuvalov, if a year ago, "the position of those who imposed the sanctions looked solid, today it is just a stale product."
