Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov does not expect significant changes in ruble rate in the current situation.
"I think that in the current conditions the balance that occurred won’t be changing seriously," he said in an interview with Rossiya 24 TV channel.
"We expect inflation in Russia at 6% or lower in the end of 2016," Siluanov said.
According to Siluanov, the Finance Ministry sees no need to attract outside financing. "I want to say that we don’t face a necessity to attract outside financing," TASS cited him as saying.
He also noted that it's absolutely not crucial for the budget whether we enter or not enter foreign markets. "We will find sources for financing budget deficit on the Russian financial market," he explained.
