Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at a meeting of the State Duma that Russia's budgetary and economic policy enjoys the confidence of foreign investors, with some of them returning to the country.
"The budgetary, economic and financial policies we’re pursuing enjoy the confidence of investors. Many of them, including foreign investors, are returning to the markets," TASS cited him as saying.
But capital outflow is decreasing, it is expected to reach $70 billion by the end of the year, he added.
According to him, the ministry expects to reach the "bottom" of the decline in the growth of Russian economy in Q4 of 2015. "Early next year we will see positive economic growth," the minister stressed.
