Russian has no plans to introduce taxes on foreign exchange transactions, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov announced.
He explained that the measures taken by the Bank of Russia are designed to prevent the evasion of following laws, or the possible legalization of illegally obtained income, Tass reports.
