Georgia has reported six new cases of coronavirus earlier today, with the total number of confirmed cases standing at 97.
According to Georgian health officials, it has been identified how the six new patients contracted the virus. As of now there are 77 in the country infected with the virus (two were foreign citizens who have already left the country via a charter flight), Agenda.ge reported.
4,878 people in Georgia are under quarantine and 264 others in hospitals as of March 30. 18 of the 97 have recovered.
Georgia reported its first case of coronavirus on February 26, 2020. There have been no deaths related to the coronavirus in the country so far.
