Iran and the countries of the 'six' have agreed on joint reconstruction of the heavy water experimental reactor in Arak, after which it will be impossible to produce weapons-grade plutonium.
The corresponding document was signed by the foreign ministers of these countries. The agreement, the text of which is posted on the website of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization in the public domain, entered into force upon its signing by all the members of the agreement on November 13, 17 and 18 and after they received certified copies of it, RIA Novosti reported.
