The 6th volume of the book 'The Moment and Eternity' by the rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry Yevgeny Bazhanov was published.
The book tells about a turning point in the life of the country in the period from 1991 to 1992: the last year of the existence of the USSR, the twists and turns, which Soviet citizens had experienced, and the scientific visits of the Bazhanov family to South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, China and the United States.
The book also presents an analysis of the formation of post-Soviet Russia's reform process and foreign policy, the key problems of international relations at that stage.
