The European Union’s sanctions against Russia have not produced any result, the Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec said at talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
"As for sanctions, Slovenia has a very flexible policy in this issue. Sanctions in economic terms have not brought any sizable results to any side," TASS cited him as saying.
The Slovenian minister said the anti-Russian sanctions have not influenced the process of settling the Ukrainian crisis. "Sanctions are not a kind of a tool needed for solving this problem," he stressed.
