US President Donald Trump’s statement on the recognition of Crimea as Russian is aimed at creating a favorable background for the future bilateral summit, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Leonid Slutsky said.
"The statements of US President Donald Trump on the possibility of Crimea’s recognition, even such as ‘will see’, may be aimed at creating a favorable background for the future Russian-American summit," he said.
