Today, a jam starched to many kilometres on the Simferopol - Alushta - Yalta highway due to snowfall.
"At present, there is a congestion situation, a multi-kilometre traffic jam has formed," the head of the Ministry of Transport of the Crimea, Yevgeny Isakov, said.
According to him, the passage will be closed until 18:00 for clearing. ”We ask drivers to refrain from travelling on the Simferopol - Alushta - Yalta highway and back," RIA Novosti quotes the head of the department as saying.
