A total of 118 flights have been cancelled at Sheremetyevo International Airport and more than 48 flights have been delayed this morning amid a snowfall in Moscow.
Passengers face delays or cancellations of both international and domestic flights. Russian Aeroflot flagship carrier, Dutch KLM, Italian Alitalia, Air France and U.S. Delta have canceled their flights among other carriers, TASS reported.
Earlier, the airport's press service warned about possible short-time delays due to weather conditions. The Aeroflot press service said the decision was made to cancel some domestic and international flights on December 4.
