The International Airport in Astrakhan has suspended its work due to heavy snowfall, two flights from Moscow were delayed, the information department of the airport reported.
‘’An S7 Airlines was due to arrive from Domodedovo airport (Moscow) at 14:40 MSK, but due to the weather conditions in Astrakhan it was sent to an alternate airfield in Volgograd, while the arrival and departure of the flight is not known. The next flight of ‘Aeroflot’ from Sheremetyevo Airport (Moscow) was due to arrive here at 17:50, but it was delayed until 19:50 MSK. Departures from Astrakhan will be delayed as well," TASS reports the information from the airport.
