On July 22, at least 89 mm of rain fell in the Lazarevsky district of Sochi, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory reports.
"89 mm of precipitation fell in the form of rain in the Lazarevsky district of Sochi," the statement of the department reads.
The department noted that as a result of the downpour, seven adjacent territories near private households, two multi-apartment residential buildings and a basement, as well as two low-lying sections of the FAD A-147, were flooded.
