The 3rd Winter Military World Games will be held in Russia’s Sochi in 2017 between February 22 and 28, the Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said.
Athletes will compete for 44 medal sets. The program of the 2017 Winter World Military Games includes a total of eight competitions in biathlon, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, ski orienteering, ski-mountaineering, patrol, climbing and short track.
