The second shashlik festival is to take place in Sochi in Krasnaya Polyana on May 1-2nd. The corresponding message was posted on the website of Rosa Khutor.
Everybody can participate in the "Golden Skewer – 2016" on the first day of the festival. On May 2nd, everyone can show his culinary talents in amateur competitions in cooking meat on the Kebab-Mashlyk barbecue, UGA reports.
