With the help of a computer model that takes into account climatic effects through the Infection Index, and applying the method to epidemic data regarding the spread of coronavirus in Paris, New York and Rio de Janeiro last summer, the scientists found out that wind, temperature and humidity played the most significant role in the spread of coronavirus, RIA Novosti reports.
