A photo of a martyr who died during the liberation of one of the occupied regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan is being disseminated in the Azerbaijani segment of social networks.

Captain Elchin Ismailov is captured on the photo. He became a martyr on October 7 in the battles for the liberation of the Fizuli region of Azerbaijan.
