Russia and Azerbaijan have signed a plan of cooperation in the field of security, which is to be coordinated by the Office of the Board of security between the two countries.
The agreement was reached at a meeting in Moscow, which was attended by the head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and the Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev.
It is reported that issues of the organization of security in the Caspian region, as well as prospects for cooperation among the police and security agencies of the two countries were discussed by the parties at the meeting, Trend reports.
