The Ukrainian court has fined the governor of the Odessa region, Georgian ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili, 680 hryvnia ($28) for refusing to meet with citizens.
According to Gazeta.ru, if Saakashvili once again abandons his mandatory meetings with citizens, he will be fined double the amount, and agencies will be sent a statement about bringing the governor to court for failing to follow the judicial decision.
