A solemn presentation of the diploma of Honorary Doctor of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of South Korea to Russia, Park Ro-byug, will be held today in the academy's Assembly Hall in Moscow.
The ceremony will begin at 14.00.
