Mission of South Ossetia in Rome will be opened on April 2nd.
According to the official representative of the republic in Italy and San Marino, Mauro Murgia, it will be located in a private apartment, which was provided on a voluntary basis by its owner.
"During the ceremony, to which we invited Russian diplomats, as well as Venezuela and Nicaragua – countries that have recognized the independence of South Ossetia – we plan to hold a video conference with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia," TASS quotes the diplomat as saying.
