South Pars gas field’s output increases by 15%

Iran's South Pars gas field's output reached 130 billion cubic meters in the last fiscal year (ended March 20), the managing director of Pars Oil and Gas Company, Ali Akbar Shabanpour, said.

"The field's natural gas output indicates an increase by 15% in comparison with the preceding year," TASS cited him as saying.

Shabanpour noted that 17-21 phases of the gas field is expected to become fully operational this year.
