A 3.8-magnitude earthquake has been registered in Kazakhstan this morning at 09:29 am local time.

The epicenter of the quake was located 693 km southwest from Almaty.

On October 17, a 3.9-magnitude earthquake has been registered 157 km east of Almaty, Sputnik Kazakhstan recalls.
