German law enforcement officers are investigating a vandalism case at a Soviet military cemetery in the city of Spremberg, the Russian embassy in Germany reports.
"A few hours after the celebrations of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, at the Soviet military cemetery in Spremberg (state of Brandenburg), unknown persons desecrated the graves of the fallen Soviet soldiers, inflicted Nazi symbols on the gravestones and spray paint on them,” the message on the embassy Facebook page reads, Interfax reports.
