The Speaker of the Armenian Parliament will not come to St. Petersburg to participate in the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly. His assistant announced this on his pages on social networks.
"The National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan will not take part in the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, which will be held on July 12 in St. Petersburg",
Movses Harutyunyan said.
At the end of June, Simonyan announced that a referendum on the issue of membership in the EU could take place in the republic in the foreseeable future.
