Ramzan Kadyrov has stated that a new international training center for special forces is to be built in Chechnya near the village of Kurchaloy. Its presentation took place recently in Grozny.
"The center will be the first in Russia and unique in the world. It will include more than thirty objects, each of them will be a replica of aircraft, land vehicles and multi-storey residential and office buildings for training operations in order to release hostages and neutralize terrorists," the head of republic wrote on his page.
