The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has opened a criminal case against the governor of the Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, on charges of disclosing secret information, the Staff Speaker of the Anti-Terrorism Organization Andrey Lysenko said in an interview with Novaya Gazeta.
The reason for this was the January trip by the ex-president of Georgia to the contact line of troops in Donbas, after which he posted online a video of his visit to the positions of the Ukrainian security forces, including the headquarters of one of the units.
"The Interior Ministry has already started an investigation,'' Tass cites Lysenko as saying.
