Today the State Duma approved the budget for 2016 in the first reading by a majority of votes. 239 members supported the document and 151 deputies were against.
According to the document, next year budget expenditure will amount to 16 trillion 098.7 billion rubles and revenues are expected to amount to 13 trillion 738.5 billion rubles. A deficit is expected of 2 trillion 360.2 billion rubles, or 3% of GDP.
