The US does not plan to deploy missile defense systems (NMD) in the Black Sea, the Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance Frank Rose stated, TASS reports.
"No. There are no plans to deploy these systems in the Black Sea," The diplomat said.
