State Department welcomes ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Today US State Department spokesman Mark Toner welcomed the agreement of the sides in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to maintain the ceasefire. He also urged Baku and Yerevan to return to the peace negotiating process.

"Both governments should return to the Minsk process in the context of the OSCE and discuss it at the negotiating table," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
