State Duma adopts law on second foreign passports

Today the State Duma has adopted the law in the second and third readings that allows citizens to register a second passport.

According to Rizvan Kurbanov, one of the law's authors, the innovation can help Russians to avoid conflict situations, sich as where a stamp about a visit to some country could become an obstacle for obtaining visas to other countries.
