The chairman of the board of directors of the Institute of Political Infrastructure Analysis , Yevgeny Tunik, has proposed that the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev move the capital from Moscow to Sevastopol on the day of the second anniversary of the referendum on the return of Crimea to Russia, which in his opinion could help the international recognition of the peninsula as a part of Russia.
State Duma Vice-Speaker Andrey Isayev said that such a possibility hasn't even been considered. Moscow is the historical capital of Russia,'' RIA Novosti reports.
