The State Duma has approved a bill in the third reading. According to it, the pensions of working pensioners will not be indexed from January 2016.
In addition, according to the document, pensions are to increase to 4% next year from February 1st.
Another indexation of pensions and social insurance will be carried out in the first half of the year.
