State Duma deputy Irina Yevtushenko died in Moscow after a serious illness. "Today, a member of the Committee on International Affairs, deputy Yevtushenko, died in the Central Clinical Hospital after a serious illness," the lower house of parliament reported.
Her colleagues of the United Russia party and the Siberian State Medical University, where Yevtushenko worked for over 30 years, expressed their condolences. "The staff of the Siberian State Medical University expresses condolences to the relatives and friends on the death of the deputy of the State Duma, head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Siberian State Medical University, doctor of medical sciences, professor Irina Dmitrievna Evtushenko," TASS reports.
