State Duma may allow Russians to use two foreign passports

The State Duma may allow Russian citizens to use two passports simultaneously. Today the bill was adopted in the first reading.

Deputy chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, deputy of the faction United Russia, Rizvan Kurbanov became a legislator. According to the bill, the validity of a second passport will be equal to the first document. It is reported that this innovation will simplify the process of receiving visas for Russian citizens.
